Do I need Excel?
No. Every template works in Excel 2016+, Excel for the web (free) and Google Sheets (free).
How do I open it in Google Sheets?
Go to sheets.new → File → Import → Upload → pick the .xlsx → Replace spreadsheet.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pay once and use it on unlimited jobs.
Which country is it for?
Every kit includes Australia, New Zealand, UK and US versions with the right tax, currency and date format.
Will my client see my profit?
No. Cost, profit and margin live on the separate Profit Check tab. You send the Quote tab only.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Insert your logo at the top of the Quote and Invoice tabs.
I'm not registered for GST/VAT.
Set the tax rate to 0% in Settings. No tax is added to your totals, and the AU invoice switches from TAX INVOICE to INVOICE.
What if it doesn't work for me?
